user_key
Required		 User Key of the user who initiates the call.

trigger_id
Required		 ID of the trigger.

campaign_id
Optional		 ID of the campaign you want to associate the trigger with.

Optional		 ID of the list you want to associate the trigger with.

Optional		 Name of the trigger.

Optional		 Encoding to be used for the trigger.
